My name is Cristiano , I’m 27 years old and I like to tell stories and travel.
I come from Bitonto, a town near Bari, in Italy. After graduating from high school in my country, I enrolled at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”, where I obtained a degree in “Publishing, Media and Journalism” and a Master’s Degree in “Publishing Editor” that gave to me the opportunity to do an internship in Telenorba, the largest television network in Southern Italy as a journalist.
Following my thirst for adventure I won a scholarship from the Puglia region to pursue a Master’s Degree in “Tourism Management” at three locations Lecce, Warsaw and Bruxelles, doing an intership in art’s galley “Torrione Angioino”, of my city Bitonto, welcoming tourists of all Puglia and Europe.
This wonderful experience, just finished, gave me the impetus to move again in another Country,Cork, Ireland. It was referred to as the European Capital of Culture in 2005, and ‘second city’ of size of Ireland, after Dublin.
The Irish are defined northern Italians for their exceptional gift of welcoming. They love to converse and make new friends, in pubs it is not ‘difficult to make new acquaintances.
There could be no better opportunity to move to the city ..it is beautiful, near the sea, smiling people: take the bus is a distant memory, everything on foot or by bicycle!
I want to improve my English, to discover these wonderful landscapes and meet many new people!
