October 31st is approaching. It’s time to prepare yourself to one of the oldest Irish traditions which is known worldwide: Halloween is coming!
To find the origin of Halloween, you have to look to the festival of Samhain in Ireland’s Celtic past, when the dead revisited the mortal world. The celebration marked the end of summer and the start of the winter months.
Typical Irish festive Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, decorating and carving pumpkins into jack-o’-lanterns, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted house attractions, playing pranks, telling scary stories, and watching horror films.
As a leader in the Hospitality sector, EazyCity has also the duty to share and spread the Irish Culture (Our headquarters is in Cork, Ireland) among the EazyCity family! That’s why our welcome teams have decided to organize Halloween events for you.
