Meet our team! Bethania, Dublin branch manager from Brazil
Hi everyone, I’m Bethania, I came to Ireland in 2014 to study English for 6 months and, as it happens to a lot of people, fell in love with this country and decided to stay! I started at EazyCity as an intern, and I can’t believe it has been 3 years already!
In my spare time I like to walk in the park, visit the towns around Dublin and write on my blog. I love animals and cultural events (like Theatre and Festivals) and I volunteer whenever I can. In Ireland I discovered two new passions: running and camping! I had never done it in Brazil but now I try to do it as much as possible here, when the weather allows it. Summer is now my favourite season (I used to hate the hot weather in Brazil). With warmish temperatures and longer days, but autumn in Ireland is also beautiful!
During these 3 years I learned a lot, met new people, worked with amazing colleagues from different places, so I can say it was the best decision I made! The only downside is that, because my country is too far. I can’t visit very often, so I miss my family and my dog. I also miss Brazilian food, but fortunately there are a few shops and restaurants around Dublin.
Living in another country is always exciting. I can’t wait to see what new surprises this adventure will bring me next!
